I'm Renzo — a Senior Product Owner, platform thinker, and systems-driven professional based in the Netherlands.

I currently lead the observability domain for the data platform at Enexis, one of the largest energy grid operators in the Netherlands. I help teams gain visibility into complex distributed systems, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive reliability and proactive decision-making.

Before that, I spent several years at Deutsche Bank driving global transformations — from redesigning KYC onboarding flows to implementing automated screening systems that saved millions. I've always been drawn to environments where complexity meets impact.

I believe in systems thinking — whether it's designing an observability platform, structuring a product roadmap, or optimizing a Factorio base. The principles are the same: understand the inputs, measure the outputs, iterate relentlessly.

Outside of work, I'm curious about strategy games, behavioral psychology, and the intersection of technology and finance. These interests sharpen how I think about products, systems, and decisions.
